Current Topics Available

Belonging

Students will learn how belonging is context-specific, and explore ways to increase their sense of belonging and support themselves in spaces of low belonging.

Goal Setting

Students will learn how to effectively set goals and establish strategies to stay on path to achieving them.

Mindfulness

Students will practice mindfulness techniques and experience firsthand how meditation and other simple, easy-to-do mindfulness practices can support well-being and flourishing.

Meaning

Students will be introduced to four pillars that support a meaningful life and have an opportunity to reflect on how these pillars play a role in their life.

Self-Compassion

Students will learn about the importance of Self-Compassion and its three key components, as well as debunk common myths associated with it.

Perfectionism

Students will learn how to reframe perfectionism while maintaining goals and standards, and how to practice self-compassion when experiencing setbacks.

Transforming Conflict

Students will learn strategies for effective conflict management and how to skillfully respond, rather than react, in difficult conversations.

Stress & Resilience

Students will discover their unique stress mindsets and explore how stress can lead to higher performance and greater confidence.

Passion

Students will explore the distinctions between harmonious and obsessive passions and learn how passions can be pursued in both healthy and unhealthy ways.

Growth Mindset

Students will learn about fixed versus growth mindsets, and tools to shift towards the latter.

Mental Health

Students will learn how to recognize when to seek professional help for a mental health challenge they are experiencing, and how to know if that professional help is working.

Well-Being

Students will learn a framework of five key factors for thriving, and how to utilize them to assess and increase overall well-being. 

Failure

Students will learn strategies on how to view failure as an opportunity for growth by shifting their perspective.
