In this Learning Lab, we’ll begin by diving into the core concepts of growth and fixed mindsets based on the work of Dr. Carol Dweck. We will learn practical strategies and techniques that can be used with students to facilitate self-reflection and empower them to identify their own mindset patterns. Finally, we will explore the impact of delivering and cultivating growth mindset messages at critical time points of uncertainty as one of many ways to support students.
